Description
WeLink Management Consultancy Services is currently hiring for a Product Analyst on behalf of a client in the Financial Services Industry.The Product Analyst will gather and use data to shape the future direction of our products and to drive the growth of our business. This role will apply quantitative analysis, modeling and data mining and work cross-functionally with engineering and product partners to influence key product roadmap, identify actionable product opportunities, and drive product efforts to improve key product areas.
Responsibilities
- Identify trends and patterns in the usage of web or mobile platforms of the product; use these insights to recommend product improvements and develop customer segmentation strategies.
- Design, implement and interpret product experiments
- Help gather explicit signal about user preferences and taste using survey methodologies, and apply statistical and modeling based approaches to identify long term product opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to build and communicate key insights, and collaborated closely with product managers and engineers to help build new products
- Assist in development of pricing models
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Outstanding data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Spreadsheet skills
- Ability to communicate analysis and insights to technical and non technical audiences
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Tableau Software
- Expertise in Python and SQL, with R a plus
- Experience with ML modeling techniques across a range of problem spaces is a plus
