WeLink MCS is currently hiring for a Process Trainer on behalf of a client in the IT/BPO Industry located in Cebu City. The successful candidate will develop and deliver training modules and manage different training classes for one or more verticals within the organization.

Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines

Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination
-
Understand the process training for one or more verticals
-
Manage databases – batch list, scores of agents, etc.

Assess performance of trainees and check tests
-
Interact with clients
-
Document training modules, etc.

Mentor trainees effectively

Keep oneself and ensures one’s team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems

Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secure

Graduate of any course with at least 4 years of total work experience; at least 3 years of which is relevant training experience

Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)

Hands on experience in training, preferred

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic and operational knowledge on internet

Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanisms

Excellent knowledge of timeline

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Good time management and multi-tasking skills
