WeLink MCS is currently hiring for a Process Trainer on behalf of a client in the IT/BPO Industry located in Cebu City. The successful candidate will develop and deliver training modules and manage different training classes for one or more verticals within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines

  • Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination

  • Understand the process training for one or more verticals

  • Manage databases – batch list, scores of agents, etc.

  • Assess performance of trainees and check tests

  • Interact with clients

  • Document training modules, etc.

  • Mentor trainees effectively

  • Keep oneself and ensures one’s team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems

  • Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secure

Qualifications
  • Graduate of any course with at least 4 years of total work experience; at least 3 years of which is relevant training experience

  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)

  • Hands on experience in training, preferred

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Basic and operational knowledge on internet

  • Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanisms

  • Excellent knowledge of timeline

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
