Description

WeLink Management Consultancy Services is hiring for a Marketing Head on behalf of a client in the Financial Technology Industry. The Marketing Head is responsible for leading the Marketing Department in the planning and providing overall vision for the marketing initiatives of the organization. The position is also responsible in developing both long term strategic direction and short term business decisions to improve market awareness and leadership.

Responsibilities
  1. Directs, leads and implements marketing plans in relation to the overall strategic objective of the organization as it steers in the motorcycle and finance industries.
  2. Manages the team in executing and providing support for all brand new, repo and class A, service and spare parts macro and localized marketing and promotional activities by developing and managing marketing plans and projects – conception, definition, launch and post-launch.
  3. Prepares strategic marketing plans, building strategic store sales and localized plans, and executes cost-effective localized store marketing activities.
  4. Develops macro advertising and promotional brainstorming plans and creative briefs update.
  5. Participates and leads in programs related to product and brand development and operational improvements that add value to overall customer experience of the brand and its offerings.
  6. Develops and establishes brand strategy and positions all product categories in the market to raise strong brand awareness and value.
  7. Develops and provides tools that will aid us to oversee competitors’ activities.
  8. Responsible for creating, selecting, and sourcing marketing tools and freebies that will be used in marketing campaigns.
  9. Emphasizes and supports store brand awareness by choosing the most effective advertising medium and most efficient customer retention and merchandise promotion program.
  10. Works closely with all departments to ensure aligned strategies.
  11. Functions as overall coach in all phases of all workflow facilities of the Marketing Department and also in macro-promotional activities.
  12. Functions as an approving officer in all proposed localized marketing activities/calendar set by sales department and area managers and its marketing tools and paraphernalias.
  13. Assures and aims to improve marketing levels through enhanced systems, processes and people.
  14. Leads and mentors direct reports and other team members holistically to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer satisfaction.
  15. Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
  16. Takes part in the overall interview process to select new or additional manpower in the team.
  17. Organizes workflow and ensures that the team understands their duties or delegated tasks.
  18. Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  1. Graduate of Marketing or Business Management or any marketing related course. MBA or MS in any Marketing specialization is highly preferred.
  2. With over 10 years of relevant work experience, at least 5 years as Marketing Manager is required.
  3. Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Marketing / Business development or equivalent
  4. Background in retail and financing is an advantage.
  5. Experience in developing marketing campaigns
  6.  Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
  7. Experienced in handling people
  8. Excellent command of the English language, oral and written.
