WeLink MCS is currently hiring for a Front-end Developer on behalf of a client in the Financial Services Industry located in Ortigas, Pasig City. The FE Developer will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.
Responsibilities
- Determine the structure and design of web pages.
- Ensure user experience determines design choices.
- Develop features to enhance the user experience.
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
- Ensure web design is optimized for web storefronts, marketplaces, and smartphones.
- Build reusable code for future use.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilized variety of markup languages to write web pages.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout the design.
Qualifications
- University Graduate in IT or any related sciences
- 3-6 years of solid experience in eCommerce and Digital Industry Understanding of key design principles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Understanding of server-side CSS.
- Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
